Refund and Cancellation Policy Last updated: 6 September 2026 StudyAbroad Toolkit sells digital products — ebooks, toolkits and worksheets delivered as instant downloads. This policy explains when a refund is possible and how to request one. Digital products are non-returnable Once a download link has been issued and the file has been accessed, the product cannot be returned. A digital file cannot be sent back, and access to it cannot be withdrawn once it has been used. For that reason we do not refund a purchase simply because you changed your mind or decided you no longer need the material. When we will refund you in full We stand behind delivery. You are entitled to a full refund if: your download link never arrived; the link does not work, or expired before you were able to use it; the file is corrupt, incomplete, or will not open; you were charged more than once for the same order; you were charged but no order was created. When we cannot refund You have already downloaded and read the material and have changed your mind. You expected an outcome we never promised. This is an educational guide. It does not include application services or document review, and it does not guarantee admission, a scholarship or a visa — those decisions belong to universities and government authorities. You purchased by mistake but have already downloaded the file. Cancelling an order If you have placed an order but have not yet used your download link, email us and we will cancel the order and refund you in full. How to request a refund Email us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days. Where a refund is approved it is issued to your original payment method and normally reaches you within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
